Past Technology:

In early 1800s, clothing was made by nothing except by hands. People tend to manually sew their pants, t-shirts and a-like materials using a thread and a needle. The manual way of sewing is just the only way to make garments for them to wear in occasions and other gathering.

Present Technology:

Later, a practical sewing machine was invented whereby using one thread and a hooked needle for a chain stitch. One important goal of inventing the machine is to speed up the process especially for manufacturing companies to have a uniformly mass-produced clothing. However, people nowadays are also using sewing machines with double hooked needle that is capable to use few more threads to maximize the process and for manufacturing usage they use enhanced sewing machines that can maximize their productions.

Future Technology:

As years went by, population is also getting higher that's is why people in clothing lines and garment productions are taking this advantage to earn more and for people to acquire this specific needs. The prototype of our future technology for sewing technology will cater or will benefit the manufacturing of these clothings/garments. The prototype will merely speed up the process and is very cost effective. The machine involves 1 hooked needle, 1 white thread and several colored inks. The machine will still work like a typical sewing machine but with enhanced feature. It will only use 1 white thread and if user will utilize colored threads, the machine will process to mix up the inks to produce a specific color and will be colored into the plain colored thread thus, resulting to a colored thread specified by the operator.

Good and nice proposal..

Bri, i think you have to refer to one of the proposals in previous Technopreneurship subject which it is combining sewing machine and a printer. And thought that will be your turn to implement that work though prototyping. Contact Katrina or Chad (your classmate) about that proposal I approved to them previously.

Yes vince we mean to adopt their proposal for we do believe that their proposal is appropriate for this subject future technology. We have the consent already, and we are willing to do the prototype for this project.
