The machine will also manage how much electricity/power and water will be released for a one month use. This will help the user to fit his/her budget for the household.

well it is good...i hope that bill will be delivered via mail so that the client may aware that he needs to pay his bill already. i hope that it does not need any paper bill when doing the payment.
